This is a multi-functional proposed design done by myself and a student protege (Mr. Tuhid Ahmad). The proposed project is located in Bangladesh, and the design put into consideration, the hot humid climate of Bangladesh.

It sits in the heart of the town centre and is to serve as a commercial and residential building, stretching up to 8- Storeys high and an underground parking lot.
